The Castles-Cottage house

Discounts for extended stays.

Dates available all year round.  Some weekends available.

 Less than 3 night minimum stay during June, July & August will be charged an additional $50.00 cleaning fee.

Subleasing is not allowed.

Required $250 cancellation damage deposit at booking.  Deposit can be made by cash, cashiers check, money order or credit/debit cards.  Personal checks accepted by our repeat customers only.  Deposit will be returned by mail after departure and property has been inspected for any damage or replacement of items in the house.

Cancellation will forfeit half of the deposit and if time reserved can be rebooked then other half of deposit will be refunded.   No refunds on early departure.

Note: Once deposit booking is received the rate is locked in.

Rates may vary depending on length of stay and number of guests. 

Additional charges for each guest over the number of six persons staying in the On Hidden Pond Cove house will be made. Additional charge over maximum guests at Castle houses will be charged at $10 per person per night.

Full payment (including local and state lodging taxes and fees) must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Cash, cashiers check, or money order, credit cards or debit cards will be accepted.

Check in time after 2 pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 11 am on the departure date.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our lakefront vacation homes.

Guests are responsible for any damages, repairs, and/or replacements that occur to the property during stay.
